Be interesting to see if Merc do team orders. 12 laps left there isn't enough time to change tyres now.

Hammy settling for third and fastest lap then.
That will piss off Grumpy Bastard, he can't even get that.
Well they got it right, Ferrari down the straights are too hard to catch.
They're gonna love that Hanoi track.
Good race by Pepe, could have folded under the pressure but handled it superbly. The wops are going crazy (well they've had to wait long enough).
1. Pepe
2. Bottas
3. Hammy
4. Ric
8. Mad Max
14. Grumpy Bastard
Pepe's going a bit mental and why not.
He sounds like he's learned enough Italian to order a pizza.
Good win for Leclerc. Good points for Mercedes on this track. Vettel is proving himself to be a liability, time to let him go?
The commentators doing their best to try and paint Hammy as the grumpy bastard but he's straight over to shake Pepe's hand and congratulate him, as was Bottas.
They really are fucking wankers some time.
Leclerc right on the edge of the rules a few times, but the right side of the line; good and deserved win.
Bottas was quite disappointing.
So, we seem to have Lewis, Leclerc and the nutter from Holland as top-tier racers. Any others of that calibre if put in a top car; maybe a seat at Ferrari and a seat at Mercedes available for next season?
Cycling should be banned!!!
And Brundle doing his best to stir shit. Wanker.
Don't be silly. Nothing was catching that Ferrari on this track.
Bottas has already been confirmed for next year. So, we seem to have Lewis, Leclerc and the nutter from Holland as top-tier racers. Any others of that calibre if put in a top car; maybe a seat at Ferrari and a seat at Mercedes available for next season?
Try and keep up.
Pepe has overtaken Grumpy Bastard in the drivers championship.
That will hurt big time.
Ah Brundle’s the man Harry, he’s got to try and ask right?!
The Mad Dutchman or Lewis would have passed Leclerc in the last 5 laps in that car with those tyres. Leclerc was very good, but made a few small errors; right at the end, he made one, Bottas was right there, but just broke too late for the corner; a better driver, like the two I mentioned, would have taken Leclerc over the next few corners from that position.
If they are keeping Bottas then they must have decided they're happy with Lewis winning titles and a no.2 that's not quite close enough to challenge him; that's fine when you have the best car out there, but in a straight fight through a season with Ferrari and Mercedes going equally head to head then you might want two top-tier drivers - stick the mad Dutchman in the Ferrari for next season to spice things up a bit...
Back to Mercedes leading the field from now on. Ferrari and Red Bull chasing podiums from here on. Albon looks promising.
Renault stating to come back?
^ Not a huge amount of competition at the front either theses days.
But your comment was "Not a huge amount of competition at the front either theses <sic> days".
Mercedes have not been running away with it in the last six races like they were from the start of the season.
It's no coincidence of course that "theses" are the three richest teams.
Well Ferrari brought a new package to Singapore and it's done the job.
Pepe Le Pew is on a roll and has his fifth pole of the season - the most of any driver. He could become the third driver to win three GPs on the bounce starting with his first - after Hakkinen and Damon Hill.
Grumpy Bastard was in pole position until the last, but he drove like a man possessed and a scrappy third sector let him down. As the commentator said, Pepe looks far more comfortable in the car when its on the edge than Grumpy does, even though the car clearly had the Q3 pace.
Hammy managed to beat Vettel though, so it's as below - a cracking drive from Albon to get in the top six.
1. Pepe
2. Hammy
3. Grumpy
4. Mad Max
5. Bottas
6. Albon
