Whilst they are undoubtedly dirty, nasty, rotten cheating raghead kuntz... still better than the gooners.

But, if they don't win the Champion's League then the season would have been a failure.

Regarding the FA cup: I hope they both lose; Manc kuntz.

Yes that's true, because the Arse didn't cheat so they could buy tons of players.

Good to see the Italians don't put up with this level of cheating.

Much as I dislike the gooners more than any other PL team, they made a huge leap forward this season and performed very well. Indeed, looking at money spent by the Mancs City, Mancs United and gooners - the gooners over-performed. They also, sadly, massively out-performed the other North London team. How much money have Manc United spent on wingers over the last couple of years (fuk loads), and the gooner wingers are far better at a fraction of the cost. Right, that's the last positive comment that I'll be making about the gooners for a long long while.

Back to Manc City thread: I hope they win the Champions League. They have an incredible team & squad, and a great style of play. (Cheating rag head, goat raping, kuntz...)

Funny being in Manchester these days seeing the amount of people like Chitty who have suddenly discovered football.

You see lads you knew from school etc and they've got a freshly done City tattoo.

I was saying to one lad I knew that I didn't know he was into football and he said "oh yeah, I always liked it even when we were at school."

Well, you kept that one very fucking quiet!

You do talk a lot of shite.

However, the City fan base does have proportionately a much more younger fan base on account of their success.

Quite amusing hearing the woes of old Utd fans taking their kids shopping for football kits and they want the City one because all their mates in the playground have City shirts.
Utd fans are in the minority in the Greater Manchester area and it fucking hurts the Streford End faithful and the migrated FC United fans

You may be right there, Chits. The inbreds of some of the backwards towns in Greater Manchester do occasionally have a propensity for sky blue.

But Manchester has always been and always will be red. As you well know, even though you're from a pie head town even further away from the city.

When did you get your City tattoo by the way? Was it around the time of your first game after the Arabs bought you or was it when you started gaining a few more asterisks?

I might be in the minority here, but I'm not a fan of tattoos.

Imagine lifelong Red Dave the Doley takes his son into sports Direct for the first time.

"C'mon son, today is the day when you get your first kit", proud dad moment he thinks to himself visualising many future happy memories in the Stretford End.

Then his son makes a dash for the Man City section and shouts emphatically and pointing at a King Kevin De Bruyne shirt "I want that one!"

Just a thought: If City lose the two cup finals then it'd be a pretty terrible season. Would there be calls to sack the coach for failing AGAIN? (Or, the coach driver... )

i think you are being harsh Hal.

My son has decided to be a city fan and is thoroughly enjoying his moment, he's 9 and doesn't know any better, and my daughter knows she now gets to inherit everything.

also, some of the comments on here are disgraceful, this is an amazing achievement by a great city side, it certainly ranks above the paltry United treble of yore, and is second only to Lance Armstrong's 7 tour de france wins in the modern pantheon.

    well done pep

    Does it bollox.

United played more games and lost less.

Had Barca, Munich (x3), Inter (with Ronaldo) and Juve that had Zidane, Davids and Inzaghi in the CL.

And domestically were against an Arsenal side that were brilliant, with Seaman, Adams, Keown, Vieira, Petit, Overmars, Bergkamp, Anelka in their prime.

Plus they weren't convicted of cheating.

Naa. Time to put this troll Re on ignore I reckon.

Fuck I miss the days when you could pick up an Anelka, a Petit and a Vieira for <7m in total.

Once clubs got a sniff off who Wenger was after, the prices went through the roof.

That was some team Wenger put together, in fairness. He inherited the rock-solid English back 5, but his early signings were brilliant. Henry signed the summer after that photo.

Shows how good Fergie and United were to win 3 PLs on the trot from 99-01 with that lot breathing down their necks.

Once the internet doesn't start suggesting peas and books on counter-steering I'll still log in to TD.

The Arsenal pic was suggested to me on a social media site, a few hours after I posted the names of the line up on TD.

As long as I don't get social media suggestions about peas (thanks to Mendy) or counter-steering (thanks to Sir Backspin) I'll stick with TD.

Social media suggestions for goats (Madam Betty) are welcome.
