They're in their own leahue in the Championship.

I actually think they probably can.
they've been knocking on the door for a few years now, it's the right way to do it, much like Wigan did.
Would love Cardiff to go up through the play offfs but in truth they are nothing like ready to play in the premiership, would undoubtedly drop straight back down.
Let's hope so. With a bit of luck teams like Man U will be fighting relegation battles next year.
