Ricky Ponting was asked about England's batting yesterday and he didn't miss ...
"It's the fourth time in 18 months that they've been bowled out for under 100. It's incredible to think that that's happened to that sort of lineup is amazing.
"They're frail. I said before the series started I think they had more problems with their batting than what we did. There was a lot made about how our top order shapes are up and who comes in and who doesn't play, but you look at [England's] line-up now and as we saw there are some serious cracks in their batting.
"Their techniques are poor, the shot selection was terrible as well. It was a big day for them: knowing that they had to win this game to [have a chance to] win the Ashes and they've been bowled out for 67. So a pretty ordinary effort."
Well done to the English Crowd.
Their Team is on a hiding to nothing, but they still showed up and supporting their side.

So, when do the Aussies declare?
Lead by 350/380?
Lunch/Tea?

Archer about to bowl
200 upSir Jofra bowling
Poms get an earlier break through to keep teh test interesting.
Pattison by Archer. Caught Root in slips.
Ouch, bit of chin music.
Cummins gone.
8/226
Lead by 338
England hold onto another catch.
Aussies are 8 for 226 ... lead by 338

The wicket is interesting.
Some uneven bounce and movement off the pitch.
England's highest ever successful run chance was 332.
Aussies currently 346 in front.
Let Labuschagne get his 100 or try and then put England in after lunch. 5 sessions to wrap them up.
Labuschagne run out.
Essentially innings over.
Bowled by Archer.
England now need 359 to win. 5.5 sessions to get it in.
Aussies to return the favour?
Chin music

England to change the batting order?
20 mins to lunch - would love a wicket or two....
Burns got a sore thumb.
One of the commentators says ..."Some of the Physios have spent as much time on field as the batsmen"
Poms survive to lunch

And another! Roy bowled for by Cummins.
The $67 question is,will any of the Poms make it to double figures.
Warner has made up for his duck by some great catches.
21-2
