Sanchez needs to keep scoring and getting minutes to be worth all that dosh too.

can't see Giroud or Wele doing much up top....Sanchez as the dedicated striker with Walcott to feed will be fantasy porn.

Probably yeah - with giroud coming on for the last 20 and wele...not.

Good players offering width have been at a premium this season.

Much easier to defend when you only have the area in front of your box to worry about.

I see Jimmy's treatment room also looks like a liverpudlian a+e ward on a Friday night these days.

Don't think it's as bad as some. Reckon Baines will play for a start. Downing and Tadic might get time. Not sure whether to just stick Zaha straight in against the hapless Liverpool anyway. I am toying with taking a further 8 point hit though to just bring in the players I fancy a week early, both of whom aren't injured. But a 12 point hit overall? Wil likely sit and hope those yellows turn blue.

I joined. My captain appears to be Green in goals and I don't think that can be changed.

Yeah you can change all the players I think...but it's not a very user friendly site at the moment.

Honestly think it's impossible to say these things.

So many variables.

I'm guessing you're not basing that statement on much actual data.

That data would have to include mapping how many points gained or lost by someone you bring in the next week that you wouldn't have been able to bring in if you hadn't taken a hit the previous week, for example.

If I take a hit to get, say, Ivan and the qpr bloke this week and that enables me to get baines a week earlier than otherwise...

Basically all that can be said is that it might be a great move or a terrible one.

Yeah, generally not advisable...agreed.

You can transfer them in and out but even when I create a new team for Jof's new league, I can't see how you set up captains and subs and the help and FAQ section is about as useful as a Thai constitution.

I'd be bringing in Hazard for Tadic but to do that, I'd be shipping out Pelle for Austin. It would give me one extra nailed on midfielder with Downing also potentially crocked but with the possibility that they might not be and the fact that Pelle is playing at home against Villa? Not sure it equates to a -8 worth of fucking about.

Yeah worked it out though the transfers don't seem to be working now as I wanted to trade out Trippier as he was on my bench and upgrade Siggy or find some other alternative. The interface is so clunky I just wanted to get it over with.
