Game Over; The result is good for football

This year's Premiership has been won by good football. Chelsea are strong,well-organized and resourceful. Bu UTD played the better football and fully deserved in this year.

I reckon they need to sign a big, mobile striker (maybe Torres or even Berbatov) to go along with Hargreaves to kick on for next year.

    Well done Munich.

From a neutral's viewpoint I would have liked the match on Wednesday to have some bearing, but never mind - Well done Man Utd. It'll be interesting to see if Mourinho has his players applaud the United team onto the field as Sir Alex did last year(?).

Re. Berbatov, I was thinking only today that he will be a target in the summer. He's looked excellent when I've seen him play this year.

Only a certified fool would doubt the validity of football as the World's pre-eminent sport.

And all Ozzies and Americans are idiots.

People in England who don't like football are thought slightly strange, not dangerous, but certainly a bit weird.

^Yesterday's result did you no harm dave - I hope they find Man Utd with a bit of a hangover - I'd like to see Charlton survive as well - can't see it though.

I think queer was the word you were looking for.

Looks like West Ham will survive int the league, but will they survive the oncoming legal battles from the other clubs afterwards?

I think West Ham will stay up. Tevez, although possibly THE ugliest little man I have ever seen, is a hell of a player and should keep them up.

Surely he is too good for W.Ham and will leave this summer. I'd like to see him stay in England, but think he will probably go to Spain.

As for people who don't like football........yup, they are totally gay. Even my Mum like football. But my Dad doesn't really. Hmmmmmmmmmmmm, something he isn't telling me? I have noticed him walking the dog at night dressed in Leather.

Surprised that GR 'resigned' - Surely getting sacked is more profitable.

Surely Big Sam will go to Newcastle. I know Big Gay Al is a legend, but they need a good manager. Shearer as assistant by all means.

Tevez to Liverpool would be a good move. I think maybe Madrid or Barca may be more likely.

You got to be happy that Tevez and Mascerano's move to W.Ham didn't work out. Set SUCH a bad precident(sp?) that players could be privately owned by agents. Really, really don't want to see this happen more. Imagine all those African players who would basically be sold to agents as kids. Wenger would probably own an entire region in the Sudan.

If Berbatov leaves, he can only go to one club. Think about it.

Is he a Chelski player (who have Drogba and Shev.? Is he an Arsenal player (Henry and Van Persie)? Is he a Liverpool player (Kuyt, Bellamy and Crouch)? Only Man U really need a plyer like him and can afford him.

I personally rate Saha, but Fergie obviously doesn't.

^^ Good call, but I can't see it happening. He doesn't seem like a Maurinho-type player. Jose likes 'em big, strong and athletic. Berbatov is a bit too much of a free-thinking player for Chelski.

Perfect for United in my opinion.

Looks like burdon has some inside information....
"The Day I Spent Drinking Toilet Duck on Koh Phi Phi with Alex Ferguson"

"Sir Alex Ferguson has identified three players he wants to sign for Manchester United before the start of next season.
    .
    .
The Premiership champions have been linked to Bayern Munich midfielder Owen Hargreaves, Southampton defender Gareth Bale and Spurs striker Dmitar Berbatov.
    "

^ Naaah Danbo. I just love my football. I am going to put a few bets on soon. The only time I bet on wide odds, actually use chance as a gambling tool, is now, before the start of next season.
