The moment Charlo's name was announced in the ring was also the moment he was stripped of the WBO junior middleweight title and it was given to one Tim Tsuyu.

I. The WBO will sanction Canelo/Charlo scheduled for September 30, 2023, in Las Vegas, Nevada;
II. Charlo will be allowed to enter the ring as WBO Champion and be announced as such (WBO Jr. Middleweight Champion);
III. after Charlo enters the ring on September 30, 2023, and is officially introduced as WBO Jr. Middleweight Champion, his status and recognition as WBO Champion is terminated “Ipso Facto”;
IV. after Charlo’s WBO Champion status and recognition is terminated pursuant to the conditions set forth in the referenced WBO “Resolution,” Tim Tszyu will be automatically elevated from Interim Champion to Full Champion status.”

Yes, in fairness he moved well in the early rounds and threw more punches, but none that did any damage.

Just curious, if anyone watched the Fury v Ngannou fight.

^ I watched it. I thought Ngannou won but he didn't take the fight to Fury. He had a gameplay to just sit back and throw windmills after Fury's rare lame attacks.

I reckon Usyk will school Fury if it goes ahead, then we'll finally see Bugner against Bruno mk2.

Fury was overweight and out of shape. He came into the fight at 277 pounds, his highest weight ever. He was clearly gassed at the end and looked like shit throughout the entire fight. Clearly was thinking Ngannou would be a pushover.

Took what he thought would be an easy exhibition fight to pay for the tribe of hangers on that he's got.

It's good that he got beaten up for it.

Surely he'll duck out of that Usyk fight now.
