He does not sound like him either though and comes across more like Charlie Chaplin. Watched the second one, not bad apart from the usually inflated victim numbers at the end.

Vietnam was pretty good.

Unfortunately each episode was about 5 hours long.


Read that Gotti was the first film to ever get 0% rating on one of the big rating sites. The trailer actually looks good.

Just having Travolta in it means that I couldn't watch it though.

I don't often watch Vietnam stuff. I think I watched a bit of it, and thought it was more accurate than most.

Thinking on it a bit I recall watching it and that my biggest complaint was that it was made by Marines, narrated by Marines, and had a huge emphasis on the role of the Marines in Vietnam, which was minor compared to the Army. I don't like Marines...never have. They aren't very bright and are undisciplined, shitty field soldiers generally led by stupid officers who, almost to a man, can't read a map.
