^ Agree. I watch the last episode tonight.

The courthouse and town square were filmed in a small town near my hometown in Georgia. Thought it all looked too familiar to be in Indiana, where the story is set.

I've heard nothing but good things about it but it's likely to be one of those shows that I won't watch for quite some time to be honest. Probably not even until the end of the 2nd season.

I've got a back load of other shows to get through so if something is good or I know it will be good generally I save those up. I watched the first episode of Game of Thrones for instance, knew I'd like it, so stopped and haven't watched it since - eventually I'll go through it in an epic binge watch.

You'll be needing a few weeks off work for that one. Get your big toe botoxed and tell your work you got gout.

When I was 8 I used to watch Eerie Indiana, kinda freaked me out a bit. There was twins that stayed young by sleeping in tupperware boxes and a guy with crazy braces strapped to his head and teeth that made him communicate with dogs.

    Lang may yer lum reek...

Has anyone mentioned 'The Night Of' yet?

The Night Of (TV Mini-Series 2016) - IMDb

I watched the first episode last night, was really good.

    There's 7 episodes been aired so far, all here;
    https://thepiratebay.org/search/the%20night%20of/0/99/0

And the finale is Sunday night, so will be up on Monday if you want something to bingewatch the weekend.

It's about an American Paki who falls asleep and wakes to find.......

I won't ruin the first episode

Half way through E02. Slow moving but realistically so. Adds to the drama.

Yes it is top notch stuff.

I've saved this weeks episode up so I can finish it with a double header.

Excellent. Somebody put up a link for the UK show it was based on, which was nowhere near as good.

Ah, it was remake of a show called Criminal Justice.

    Only 2 seasons x 5 so I might give it a go.

Highly recommended, for 10-15 years olds. Watched one and a bit episodes, as silly as ET.

"Blood Father" - Mel Gibson is the former bad boy on parole who rescues his estranged daughter from the mob.

A typical genre movie, but well worth a watch.

"Killing Salazar" starring Steven Seagal, you know what you are going to get with any of his movies, this one doesn't disappoint! Plenty of action.....

I had forgotten about The Night Of until I saw Dill's above post. Watched 2-5 last night and will watch again tonight. Great series.

I love it that Omar from The Wire is in it. Hope he still has scruples.

Watched this last night. Ex-con tattoo artist thinks his dipshit daughter has gone missing only to find she's actually mixed up with some nasty characters involved in serious narco-business.
Anyway, lots of violence, Harley Davidsons and gratuitous shots of his daughter's arse ensue. Get the fuckin' beers in.
