Movie/tv download recommendations

I've noted that about Brit shows in the past - they tend to be of shorter duration in both episodes and overall series length.

Budget is probably a factor. There's nobody making tv programmes in the UK with the kind of financial muscle HBO etc. have.

I've reached a bit of a critical mass / paralysis by analysis scenario in regards to shows now.

I've got so many either downloaded or waiting to be downloaded that it's silly (and that's without even considering those queued in Netflix) and I've got no idea what to watch next.

Consequently I haven't been watching anything.

Anyway when my time has come I plan to retire in a very secluded area so I may appreciate it then.

Now I'm watching Hap and Leonard and unREAL, then will move to The Americans and GoT after the last episode has aired while waiting for Ray Donovan and Mr Robot.

During the day I have my dog, my computers and home gym to keep me busy.

Nothing to really complain about.

"Corleone". Italian mafia crime series. 12 episodes. On Kickass. Good hardcoded English subs. I'm 2 episodes into it and thus far it's an 8.

Just finished it. IMDB gave it an 8.7; I concur. First-rate.

The first two say soft coded, though. I don't really know the difference and what is there worked fine for me.

Finished this very entertaining series last night. Too bad there isn't a fourth season.

The difference is referring to subtitles. Soft coded means they can be turned off or on. Hard coded subs are embedded into the video and can not be turned off.

The fewer the better for Peaky Blinders. Not sure if I've ever watched a more overrated show in my life. Utterly disposable and tedious with absolutely fuck all depth.

Gomorrah, on the other hand, is fucking tremendous.

Hell on Wheels is up. Labeled as SEA5EP8 as they have billed this as a continuation of SEA5 rather than as a new SEA6. Either way, it's the finale.

Gomorrah is fucking tremendous.

If you like Gomorrah, which is almost over, take a look at Corleone. It's a much grittier take on the mob, with unbelievable levels of violence as the Mafia wars rip Italy apart. Very realistic! IMDB rated 8.7.
