Perfume - The story of a murderer (2006)

All I can say is a beautifully crafted film, with Alan Rickman and Dustin Hoffman making appearances, and narration from John Hurt.

But I must admit when I finished watching it, I was left with the feeling of "What the fucking hell was that all about"?

You have to watch it to understand. Got a bit of a "From Hell" feel to it, if you liked that you'll probably like this.

Did anybody see episode 4 of Breaking Bad yet?

There's a bit where Walter goes to visit Hank and Hank puts on a DVD of the dead Lab Assistant singing Karaoke, from the case file.

It's weird because he's singing in English but the song subtitles are in Thai.

I don't think my dvd player can change subtitles that are on a tv screen that I'm watching on TV. Whats all that about?

    ^^

I watched it yesterday but didn't notice the subtitles.

This current season is pretty dark so far- the earlier seasons at least had a few laughs mixed in,

    Horrible Bosses (2011)

A black comedy in the style of The Hangover, with a couple of blokes I don't know and Charlie out of "It's always Sunny in Philadelphia". Also Jennifer Aniston, Colin Farrell, Kevin Spacey, Jamie Foxx and (briefly) Donald Sutherland.

It's actually a simple and amusing little romp, although if Jennifer Aniston was begging me for a seeing to, I don't think I'd say no.

    7/10.

Alright you computer geniuses. Is it possible that files left seeding in Bit Torrent can slow down internet browsing speed? My internet browsing speed immediately improved dramatically today after I deleted 6 files I had left and forgotten about.
    Coincidence?

Not at all. All those connections to your PC take up bandwidth.

Just downloaded and watched The Confession with Keifer Sutherland and John Hurt.

It consists of ten six minute episodes; a web-cast.
Keifer Sutherland plays a professional hitman who talks to a priest played by John Hurt.

    Excellent. 8/10.

somtam I only started watching Burn Notice a month ago, I'm running out of episodes and I'm going to hate having to wait a week.

Apart from the fun of the series, I think it's that saucy minx Gabrielle Anwar that does it for me, even at 41 she's stored in the wank bank.

I'm heading to BKK tomorrow, this "Suits" better be fucking worth it, or some TD punters are in for some HB abuse

I'm 3 episodes into Damages S4 and so far so good. I love anything that Glen Close aka Patty Hewes aka Cruella De Vil is in. And Rose Bryne is not bad either.

HB, the site you recommended for the Greatest Movie Ever Sold was a good download and in fact the other movies there seem to download quickly
