Currently watching "The Last Defense". American true crime stuff, but done better than most. First case of a death row case under appeal is 4 episodes - all up now. More cases to follow. I'm just starting EP3, and still have no idea if she did it or not. Usually don't watch stuff like this but stumbled across it and got interested. IMDB 7.7.

    ^ Nice one. Cheers Davis.

Just putting on the 2nd episode of Hitler's Last Stand now.

Good show. Well produced. Not too American (Loud dramatic drumming soundtrack and repeating what happened 10 minutes ago, every 5 minutes), but there is a small bit of it.

If it was narrated by a Brit, similar to say, the BBC's The World At War

    It could be great.

But that's just a minor niggling point on a very good show. Looking forward to the next 3 episodes. Thanks again.

Finished watching "Red Sparrow" starring Jennifer Lawrence last night. Very good, with a few twists in what is essentially a spy story.

    Trailer:

and download (recommend the 1080p version).

^I hated it, probably for having read the three-book trilogy first. The trilogy was simply superb; the movie paled in comparison.

Not really a recommendation but I randomly stumbled across this and nowhere else to post it soooooo:

Just made me remember how fecking awesome Attenborough and his docs are.

Also he's really, really old now and can't be at it much longer. That'll be a sad day.

^^I watched a superb widlife docu on the plane the other day, Savage Kingdom about lions.

Theres 6 episodes but only 3 on tpb. If anyone can find the missing ones i'd be well chuffed. Its as good as anything Attenborough has done its that good and more brutal.

Savage Kingdom is singlehandedly Nat Geo Wild's most expensive series to date, and it took approximately 2 years to film the six episodes of the first serieshttps://m.imdb.com/title/tt6498784/

^Just checked about ten other sites. Most had 1,2,4...a couple had 6. Nobody had 3 or 5. Are you certain they exist? Could 2 and 4 be double episodes?

This is the stuff we need DK.

I'm a sucker for lions, me.

    Kings o the fackin Jangle.

    No love for eztv though?

I've downloaded plenty of good stuff there over the years, and the site location hasn't changed for quite a while.

^Torrent Day, as I say every time you post it up, is a membership site. Although it does indicate that 3 & 5 exist......somewhere.

@Dill. If you can get an invite from Tositi, that site might serve to get you one of your missing episodes. It's an irritating site to use, but for a one and done would suffice. I'm drawing blanks everywhere else for 3 and 5.

It got a bit le Carré at the end. One has to pay attention. I was probably too relaxed?

But the overall pace was good for me. Most have too many machine guns and overly flammable explosions.

Can't imagine how I missed "EL Chapo" earlier. Really excellent series. SEA3 starts 9 July (10 Asian time).
