There's your problem.
222 is a really shitty IP block going thru China Telecomm and they seem to blocking almost everything except port 80 (web).
Reboot until you get 117 or 124

I have been stopping and starting my torrent
Twice now a thai flag has popped up for one second and then disappeared before I could read the IP
