I tend to agree with Mr. Bean. The one saving grace about that show is it has little to no spoken language. As such, it is very popular with my Thai "relatives", who think it is funny as hell. Reminds them of Charlie Chaplin.

That said, a Thai's endorsement of what constitutes humor is not something I'd be hanging my hat on...

Does anybody remember a show called Naked Video ? Now that was funny.

Was that the Scottish sketch show that introduced Rab C Nesbitt to the world?...and Robbie Coltraine methinks. I remember it as funny, but quite often you find that shows like these look incredibly dated when re-viewed.

I do remember one classic Rab C moment - drunk in the street shouting at no-one in particular, "I fought for the likes of youse....I lost, but I fought...."

Rab C. Nesbitt was one of their characters.

Robbie Coltrane saw the light of day in a series called "Tutti Frutti" about the re-union tour of a 50's band, a brilliant show. Robbie Coltrane however is a tit.
