    It'll be bush meat.

All in under a ton with wine.
Arno's restaurant food. Can't mistake it.

Did the Mrs like the sauce?

Whilst working in Sakhalin, I made Coulibiac a couple of times. Essentially it's like a salmon wellington, but instead of pate around the beef, the salmon is encased in a mix of chopped boiled eggs, mushrooms, with a lemon and dill butter sauce. For me, shortcrust pastry is best. It's pretty good. Not my photo.

Anyone got a link to the drunk food thread?

It’ll give me a purpose when I crawl into work in the morning.

I think that most posters in the Dinner thread have got your message by now.

Best veggie side is the salmon drowned in sliced raw cucumber

    Tonight off the grill....

Marinated a Pork Tenderloin in Balsamic Vinegar, Fresh rosemary and tarragon leaves.

Served with a baked tater with butter, bit of sour cream and bacon bits and Italian spiced sauteed mushrooms.

( No I did not eat the entire Tenderloin. I saved half to make a sammy tomorrow)

Indeed, the makings of a great baguette, almost BLT worthy. Actually, sliced on top of coleslaw and a brushing of sriracha would be the way to go.

I would've cut the burnt bits off the pork first. The rest looks good. Pork tenderloin is really good to eat and really cheap in Thailand.
