^^ On the very rare occasions I have a steak, it wouldn't be with spaghetti. Chips is the way to go, I reckon.

^ It's egg yoke. The fancy restaurants partially stir in an egg on the top of a carbonara these days. It cooks from the heat of the spaghetti and adds a rich flavour.
