You need to prove your doubters wrong by opening them up like we used to when taking on the Frenchies. Points for the mash volcano but even though that is a years worth of greens for Armstrong its going to underwhelm Kit. Peas!!!.

A discount steak wellington with the duxelle replaced by 3 day matured crushed sushi - you'll need to buy the pastry.

If they last that long. You must have a cast iron stomach.

I am old and been cooking a long time. That I believe is a first for me, not only cooking steaks in a wok, but also lamb and beef together in the same pan "wok". Live and learn..

Here you go Chitty, I wasn't going to post this as it's a reflection of my Portuguese/Argentinian heritage but it'll hopefully get the baying mob off your case temporarily..

You're on you own with this one though, if talking about the same MM that flounces here daily. Grab a 304 if things are getting that grim

    Very nice HW!
Point of order though, peas with eggs?
You appear to be getting a lot of double yolks recently, how come?
I've never had a double yolk in my life...

Because a new brand of eggs appeared where we grocery shop and they were large sized (which I like) and almost all double-yokers (which I also like)

So I keep buying them now and am averaging about 50/50 double-yolk to singles.

Yes it's quite common in Sweden and we like it there.

The egg helps the peas stick together.

    Hopefully not controversial.

Steak and Kidney pie tonight, lush. I think i'll pair it with chips and a side salad of baked beans and perhaps a nod to the norf by including some gravy. The before pic, inc a cross section of me Pork and Black pud pie.

    Dinner-1637315546484-jpg

In a what is a travesty, the pie shop informs me that from 23rd of Nov pie prices are going up 10p per pie. Time to work on making AO's dreams come true before i get priced out.
