I guess spending years in the can does that.

^^Don't listen to Malmo Chitters. That looks like proper home cookin to me

    Double din-dins for me today

Trip oop norf meant I had to drive past Macca's...

In order to overcome your fears psychologists say it is best to face them down so with no small measure of trepidation I ventured back into the drive-in queue after a 5 week hiatus

    Dinner-img_20211009_194901crop-jpg

The moment of truth under the golden arches of western capitalism...

    Dinner-img_20211009_195033-jpg

Miss Lusty had a huge chicken and mushroom flaky pastry pie in the oven so my Big Mac was merely an hors d'oeuvre

    Dinner-img_20211009_231748-jpg

Curiously, about 60 seconds after I took this photo (and just after opening the drink) the head end of the bedframe collapsed sending the icy cold lemon and lime bitters all over the mattress and pillows leaving me sitting in a cold and soggy puddle. I had to shower off the sticky residue before attending to a bodged bed reconstruction by which time the pie was cold.

Its comfort food granted, but i have found that when following grannies recipes its best to dial down the cooking time by a third

Clearly a sign from God , punishment for your transgresion, and a warning to mend your evil eating ways.
Try to keep way from the golden arches of disrepute , say fifty hail Marys and you should be fine.

Cooked a 4.5 kg/10 pound ham off. Did my trademark green beans. I know I will catch flack for the scalloped potatoes, even if they are homemade.

For a second there I thought it was corned beef , but after reading your caption and looking closser I can see that is ham, also another of my favorites.

^Heh, I guess you're talking about Talley's brand chips and they go well in the Airfryer too.
