Will be interesting to see the difference.

I'll be rubbing on some grated ginger, garlic and thyme tonight.


Then dabbing on some scotch, wrapping in foil, and slow baking for 4 hours at 100 degrees tomorrow at around midday.


Then baste with a marinade of scotch, honey, soy sauce, thyme, S+P, and BBQ until caramelization.


Served with wedges, beans and corn.
