Nice looking ribs i had the ones they do at Bully's 14 bone rack cost 450 baht they were nice as well.

Sealed in a bag with crushed garlic, bbq sauce, rosemary and black pepper at 8am and sous-vide until 5pm. Baste with a whisky, honey and bbq sauce marinade and burn on the bbq.

It was a weekend of two halves.

On the one hand, Saturday was all about fresh and healthy produce, liberally garnished with the holy trinity of Siamse flavourings — chilli, lemon and fish sauce. This yam nua tasted as good as it looks...

However, I was strolling around town with my eldest daughter on Sunday and we both made an informed decision that "to hell with these hordes or irritating shoppers, let us make haste to the nearest branch of Burger King and eat ourselves unconscious".

And so it transpired. Youngen had a cheese burger and a massive ice cream, and I has this, a 'Prague Crispy Cheese and Bacon Whopper'. There's a fried cheese patty hiding in this fucker.

1,600 calories a pop.

Aussie rib eyes brought to room temp, then rubbed with EVOO and salt.

On the side of some mash pumpkin and sauteed cabbage with bacon. Everything tastes better with bacon!.
