marrowfat peas at a restaurant?
Beans aren't they?
Round a mate's for din-dins every Sunday. It's an eat-on-your-lap arrangement, usually while watching Family Fortunes re-runs on Challenge TV. I always win.Originally Posted by Dillinger

She,s made that look tasty for sure Chas ,, mind you has to have a point deducted from me for the lack of the brown windsor
Pad grapow Shepherds Pie..... excellent idea!!!.... pad grapow is great with spaghetti also!
My take on chilli.

I haven't had a good chili con carne for ages.
Those ingredients go perfect on a pizza, if you can do the dough Charles

Yup. Even had to make the krapao sauce myself, as I haven't been able to get to our nearest Asian supermarket for ages.Originally Posted by Koojo

Patsy likes onion rings.
OK, no camera - but put your thoughts into Patsy's 3 egg, gruyere cheese and a wee bit of spring onions and coriander omelet.
With some fried bread on the side. And a cup of coffee.
How the hell are you so thin, Pats? Sounds fantastic - apart from fried bread, which I hateOriginally Posted by patsycat

^ I'll admit n&j, I did think about gravy, but was a little bothered about whether that would go with the other flavours. It does look a bit dry, but there was soya sauce/water in the veg & it did taste good. Couldn't do a roast dinner or a meat pie without gravy, though
Metabolism, always been skinny. Eat and drink like a pig. No excersise, couch potato, live five minutes from the lake - never had a walk there. Smoke 20 a day.
Special fried bread - butter both sides with real butter (non of that namby pamby marg), add a bit of garlic salt and paprica. Fry and voila.
Sorry, tell a lie did walk by the lake one day - to take my empty bottles to the bottle bank and also some stale bread for the ducks. Unfortunately there was a swans nest just nearby, cute wee things until poppa arrived... The wingspan on those buggers is quite impressive. Luckily he wasn't going for me.
God, even that sounds nice...Originally Posted by patsycat
