Yum. That looks fantastic. Going to have to pick up an avocado in the morning.
^^Noice!. Foodland here have had the most delicious NZ Av's on the shelf for the last few weeks, just beautiful for breakfast lunch or dinner with some S&P and a squeeze of lemon juice.
Lamb kebab from the Palestinian/Syrian takeaway tonight!
I've feel that I've finally got the hang of taking food pics.
Great as this was, I've got one more week in Norway and can't wait until it's over and get a proper meal. Where's the best steak and kidney pie on Sukhumvit?
Looks good.
I'm sure there's plenty of pie experts on here who can point you in the right direction.
Look at the size of Nandos butterflied breast now...assholes
Tonight, salmon in an orange sauce which went down surprisingly well....and a baked spud draped in not melted cheese but that sweet Thai mayonaise.
Whoever gave Somchai at the Yacht Club a Michelin star needs a good Luluing with a 40 baht khao soi drumsick
Sweetened mayo on a baker.
Ok.

You should get out more
Went to my Palestinian takeaway for a kebab tonight, and while I was waiting was given a cheesy pita bread with humus, egg planty stuff and red colour dips.
For free! And you don't get much for free in Norway. I thought I'd finally cracked it, this was delicious!
Got me lamb kebab back to the hotel and opened it up for a pic. It's a bladdy lamb liver kebab - this was a big surprise and a real disappointment. I realise now what the guy in the takeaway was trying to tell me.
I usually like liver, but wasn't ready for a kebab full of it. There's a cat on my morning walk into work and he's in for a treat tomorrow!

I have to thank you for 2 things.
First the education about the "red" in meat not being blood, I never knew that.
Second for the post above made me chuckle.
Just so those here who made comments about my aversion to rare steak it is nothing to do with either age or culture it is purely phycological.
I have eaten and enjoyed medium rare steak but I have to fight the urge to reject it.
As for the perfectly cooked steak comment all I can say is "perfectly cooked for whom?"
If you ever conduct a survey, all you get is an average answer and I consider myself above average, after all I post here on Teakdoor!
^ sure tastes like blood... and i have to use a towel getting out of the shower
^ I thought Baba Ganoush a Star Wars character?
Thought I picked her up on Craigslist.
Does lunch count? It was pretty horrific even by my standards.
^ thats the best I've seen you put up.
Hope you made a crisp sandwich
