Great minds, and all that...
Jeff it's clear your head is still up your own arse, the whole fucking forum knows you're not situated off the grid in deepest Isaan with nothing more than the food you grow outside your thatch roofed hut, your inner Asian philosophy, no contact with anything Farang, and a damn good internet connection .
We all know you're in America working 9 to 5 with big hopes of seeing Thailand one day.
FOW (fuck off wannabe).

The dish is named - "Dill's Harmonica"

Nah, that pic I posted is what they use for advertising on the local food groups to show just how big their serving of Ribs is. There's another place closer to home that also does a Friday Ribs special for competitive eaters if I wanted to go the whole Hog (so to speak). Theirs looks like this:
Anyway Friday was Pork Ribs and Saturday is a Lamb leg. Just waiting for it to come up to room temp and in the oven she goes..
...^I can't recall seeing celery in Thai food...what is the dish?...
That plate or mouse mat has given me a migraine
I hope you shit yourself
^ it's specially designed to make rice tastier...
Not sure which Rib pic you're referring to but the 2 Flintstone-esq Ribs above are from Sunnys and Irish Wolf Hound, ballpark is 300 Baht each with sides. My pic in post 19707 are from Richman Poorman and cost about 185 Baht with no sides, but the usual array of slaw, potatoe salad, etc, are available. All 3 places have online presence that you can easily find. I'd add Smokin Joe's to the list too if you're thinking about Ribs when in Pattaya.
^ Thanks mate.
Penne pasta last night. I had already eaten the salad.
