Looks great!
Thanks snub...here's those chops.
Have some more pics about those and the rest of last night's dinner, but was thinking of starting my own BBQ Follies thread with them.
The whole thing plated...need some work on presentation I think.

Green owed for that as it looks fantastic. So here goes Saturday nights dinner. Not trying to outdo anyone as that plate of food is to me supper yummy and is a perfect summer dinner.
That said I hit the local place that does prime rib on Friday and Saturday nights. 12oz with Yukon gold potatoes, asparagus and carrots. Served up medium rare of course.

^^Wow...putting on my bib.
I hate this thread at times.
Dinner coming up and after seeing this sort of thing there's just no way it matches up.

Teriyaki salmon and salsa...
Not bad (pretty good actually) but it's quite fucking disappointing right now
^^ Cheer up, should try cooking cup cakes...
Yes, this thread sets the bar high. I'm happier looking rather than contributing.
^Ha...I've been there. Lol!
It always sucks a day or two before time to get the groceries again.
Chicken and Jalapeno bake
Jeeezzz that looks good too...
So basically Headworx and I have gone and thread-fucked this page.
^^Pretty sure I saw that advertised somewhere online, looked better in the pic . Something else I saw from the Darkside that looks nice is the Fishermans pie at The Loft.
Wasn't the biggest, which was good because it made me eat the saladWas nice though, loads of chicken inside and a nice kick.
Seafood pies don't appeal to me for some reason, unlike cottage and shepherds pie.
Nice comfort food there
