Last night was the Fresh Princesses first attempt at cooking a Chicken Tikka Masala without using any packet sauces.

She got a solid 10/10 for the Tikka but lost points for forgetting to make yellow rice. She redeemed some back though for mixing in some green peas.

Fresh of frozen? I've been watching Ramsey's Kitchen Nightmares, and this is a game changer...

Fresh obviously! She popped out to the garden and picked them straight from the green house.

Damn I did take pictures of the lasagne I made last week. Just found them in Downloads rather than Pictures.

    The first layer.

Last of 3 layers, and more cheese.

The last slice before I remembered to get a photo.

Nige. Don't know about you but, when I'm cooking in the kitchen, my missus' rolls her eyes at the amount of pans I'm using. She forgets that we only use one plate!

Anyway. Here's a green for Jan.

Can't give one...Tells me I've got to spread them about a bit.

I found a use for the Thai tinned peas. Some good old ox liver and onions in a Yorkshire pud.

Doesn't look too appetising but went down a treat!

Just wait until I open my pie making course (far cheaper than the cheese making one.) You can have these for breakfast...That's if you sign up!
