I did once try to warm those frankfurter things up in in a pint of boiling water. Didn't work too well. Ended up giving up and going for a soapie instead.

Very interested to see how this pans out. The steak looks fine, but from past experiences I know that means nothing. Even slow braising can't save local meat, it makes it edible sort of but it's still bland & tough and why bother in the first place when there's imported meat everywhere.. Never tried, or even see the Suvee method used to try and save it though...

Mate, its fukkin amazing. It looked shit coming out of the bag too. I like it medium to well hence i had it at 60c for an hour and a half.

    Heres the result.

And trust me its flavoursome too. I only put black pepper and sea salt on before i shoved it in and not again and you can see its permeated

Its a fukkin gamechanger. A useless fuck liie me is now knocking out better steaks than restaurants

I will try Aussie meat next i reckon to see the difference. I reckon there will deffo be a big one now im halfway through, it is really tender and dont need a steak knife but yeah a little cardboardy

Oh and HW. Ive ordered some corned beef from an ex Aussie butcher. Ill let you know how that is when it arrives... He's in your vicinty

Amazon, i picked it up in the UK. You can get em on Lazada here too i think.

I paid 70 quid in the sale, theyre discontinued now i see. Will probably catch fire soon

Well worth the money though, you really are getting better cooked food than a decent restaurant, simply because of the times involved.

Im gonna do shelled poached eggs in it tomorrow.

You dont need the bags for them and can knock up as many as you want and just reheat to a certain temp for ten minutes and have whenever you want.

I think to get the best out of it with the times it takes is to cook more and reheat for lunch the next day. ie another steak could be tomorrows Thai beef salad.

    Im well chuffed with it

Theres a nice little business opportunity there i reckon too. You just cook the steaks, refrigerate them and the buyer just has to sear them.

    Sweet.

Could be one of those things you use for 3 weeks straight, then can't be arsed anymore, 6 months later it's found and moved to the back of the garage.

    Kinda like me threadmill.

Will take a look on Lazada though cheers.

^^ youd love it Lu. Once the timers set youve got ages to prepare your sides or nip down the brothel

That i can set in advance to start 2 hours before it starts cooking....... Its only 2 hours i think to avoid bacterial infections. You wouldnt want that on your meat

Perfect for Lulu - set it, quickly wash his cock in the water. ring ring - his take out AIDS skank has arrived. 1 hour to fuck her and then quickly rewash his todger in the water, and ready to eat.

Or, pay them in steaks. I once had a brass many many moons ago who did the did for a cup of coffee. So surely a steak would be a definite winner

For dinner I cleaned out the last bit of X-Mass leftovers. Still good I figured as I hate to waste.

For new year I changed the placemats.
