Time to roll meself off the sofa and get nutting me cashews.

Massaman made with slow baked pork belly.

Stir fried seasonal vegetables with goujons of tender chicken breast, served with two baht's worth of market quality Thai sticky rice.

Some fine damn showings thus far.

Gai pad med mamuang.
Stir-fried cashew nuts n chicken.

Make your own. Theres an Indian supermarket on Suk soi 10. Jus up the soi from lollypop.

There were some scabby mouthed girls when i popped in there for a drink though




Just had a Luigi Lunch

Tortellini al huevo con queso with a glass of montepulciano snackio.

Not too shabby but I will say the steak was overdone.

No filling for the 'Olives'?

I've never heard of beef olives before....looking for recipes now....it looks delicious.

My appetite has been raised, I'll have to do a proper Rouladen dinner with bacon & pickled gherkin filling.

I'm thinking beef olives stuffed with bacon that's been par-cooked and herbed parm and mozz ...

Brown some chunks of onion, potato and carrots, add some water and Jap curry cubes, flavor the gravy with thyme and oregano and add the meat back in.
