Goddamm folks, I just woke up all hungover realizing I ran into a wall. It set my dick paining back by a day butt still stroken on it. The real question is did you chew your arm off rather than wake her up? Two out of three she won at leg wrestling.

It's rice harvest time. So it's fishing season. So dinner for today will be..

Made up a pork chill with pinto beans and roasted red and spicy peppers. Eating it all day while I watch sport. World series for now..

Just back from Japan. Will stick a few pics up when I get chance, but I'm not sure where the idea that most Japanese eat healthy comes from. Ramen, pork and fried food are the day-to-day staples over there. Not that it doesn't work with some of the very good beer they have (Suntory being a particular favourite).

We also had chicken tataki- seared on skewers on the outside and rare in the middle like a steak! Was a bit worried when scoffing it, but I lived to tell the tale.

Puffer fish on my previous visit and rare chicken on this one. Fuck knows what I'll go for next time.

Yes.. never been a raw onion fan but it really goes well with herring, potatoes and dill

I love a week of eating and drinking in Japan, but it's not something you can afford to do too often each year. Anyway, we found this place down a backstreet in Osaka during a recent trip. It was rammed with local Japanese and the food was really good. We went a bit mental on the sashimi/tataki style as you can see.

That piece is almost cooked, but the ones closer to the bottom of the skewer were still completely pink through the middle.

My favourite places in Japan are the spit and sawdust teppanyaki gaffs where you sit at the bar, order beers and more and more food.



Watching the staff shout orders between each other was worth the price alone in the place above. Like theatre.

Late night in an okonomomiyaki place





Okonomomiyaki is a Japanese pancake. They put BBQ sauce and mayonnaise on top, and in this example pieces of smoked bacon. I think I had about 6 during the course of the night. Fit as fuck.

Went to try out Papa's Fish & Chips on soi 23 today. Ordered large cod and chips and a cuppa tea.

Batter was soggy and thin. Chips were soggy, fish tasted of nothing


bill was 580baht for just my fish and chips and a tea.


As Gordon Ramsay once said.. that was shit. shit at it's best

Salad on the side looks workable.
