Sproglette dropped off at school. Time for a breakie sanwich.

Brushed with melted butter and put under the grill.

    BBQ sauce and bacon.

Omelet, folded, sprinkle of ground black pepper and thyme.

    Close.

    Cut.

    Consume.

Time for a sofa snooze before gym, oil massage, collect sproglette.

Just add jalapenos, and make 4 of them, to change it from breakfast to a top notch dinner.

Back to being a fat bastard, eh Lu?

Looks the goods for sure! Can't green ya or anyone else deserving, according to the board management.

I've just taken delivery of about 1Kbaht of Little Aey's pies. Look out for the tubby skinny bloke around Beach Road in Jomters in the next few weeks.

Just way to hot/lazy to get anything going in the kitchen that takes any effort today. Foodland shish-kebabs to the rescue!. They have pork chicken and beef, always a good fallback on lazy days.

Nice to see a fellow carbonara aficionado.

    No cream, no mushrooms.

3 egg yolks mixed with a lot of parmesan added to pasta which has been added to the pan with the bacon and drippings. Has to be off the heat when added and done carefully to avoid scrambling the eggs. Technique has to be spot on for really good carbonara.

Exactly the same method I use. I've seen one or two recipes that call for the pan to be at a very low heat when adding the mix, but that's a surefire way of ending up with scrambled eggs.

Heat totally off. Top with extra parmesan and pepper.

The heat from the drained pasta is more than enough to cook the sauce mixture without scrambling the eggs. A couple of spoons of the pasta water is essential also.

Dessert was freshly selected market pineapple chunks, served with fresh aromatic banana slices, and liberally washed down with a rich, healthful, protein rich chocolate milk shake.
