    ^ I know, it sounds suss... but I swear, it's so simple and so good!

    Boil the ribs in the ginger ale (pour in enough to just cover the meat)
    Remove the liquid.
    Brown the ribs in a pan.

    add strawberry jam, miso paste and soy sauce to the liquid/sauce.
    Pour the sauce over the ribs, cover and simmer until the sauce reduces/thickens.

    I'm sure your BBQ ribs would beat mine... but for indoor ribs, never tasted better.

    My wife told me about it a few weeks ago, apparently it was a blog of a pro-female wrestler (don't ask )...
    she has some stunning recipes - will try out some more and pass them on.
