Gonna have a crack at making a pizza from scratch later..

Jaysus Dick, reckon some dodgy Italian got to do the durtae a few generations ago mate. That's the biz.

^^The toppings part is easy enough, the base not so much. You can buy ready made bases locally but they're not very good. Did you make your base from scratch Dickie or is it a supermarket job?. Either way, your pizza looks great!.

And on the pizza front, Pizza Company has their buy 1 get 1 deal on right now in case that's of interest to anyone.

^ Usually make the dough myself, but I confess, this time I cheated... used thin crust Turkish bases (the only ones worth their salt TBH).

Next time will add bacon.. just cause everything is better with bacon innit?

That's how my missus does it she hand tosses it too. One of the things about working in kitchens for so many years that she has mastered. We just had homemade pizza and I didn't get pics this time so I will have to have her make it soon so that I can show off her skills.
