^ It's not meant to do battle with Indian curries...

I love the complexity of Indian curries too...

It's beauty is in its simplicity... (bit like me really... barf).

Even better heated up the next day.
So many different choices of curry paste here. Usually pick ours up from the Daiei.

I think Gold is the most common brand, but there are loads of them.

They remind me of a bad curry sauce on your chips from a shit chippy back in the UK.

In Bangkok for a few days so I decided to try out Fatty's on Rama 9 near Fortune Town. I had a burger with bacon, blue cheese and jalapenos. Not bad but like so many burgers in Thailand it was a bit dry. Just not the quality of beef that you find in the US or other beef producing countries.

^ Bonus points for blue cheese and jalapenos.

2 ingredients that make any dinner tastier.

^Looks like a sensible, healthy meal. Yams are great, especially with loads of brown sugar and butter

Well may be the case, but that's mashed pumpkin and mashed broccoli.

Steam, mash with butter and S+P.

    Actually not bad.

Don't think I've ever had a yam. Will have to keep an eye out and keep the brown sugar handy.

Can you imagine how the delectable tuber might taste without the "loading up" of brown sugar and butter?

It's a wonder why you people are so sickly - generation after generation.

Moderation and knowledge is the key.
