Must try. Not from a lamb eating country so not familiar with proper prep but must try. I see lamb chops and keg in Makro here. Are they anygood?
Not bad, but a bit more gamey than beef or pork.

    Last time I did one.

The ones I just ate were good, yes. Frozen New Zealand chops. I like a leg of lamb, too (like it more actually), but it's much more to cook (and you need an oven for them). Chops are quicker and easier to cook. I just did mine in a very lightly oiled pan on top of the stove. The chops were quite thick so I left them on a low/medium heat for about 15 to 20 minutes. A bit of mint sauce would have gone well with them but I didn't have any.

I'll give the leg a go. Have 2 ovens. Fresh mint in the garden so will make sauce.

King Ritchie will have the lowdown on that.

For steaks a marinade of olive oil, garlic, rosemary and mint work well.

Yep. Have done myself. Use mint sauce for all sorts of meats. Chimichurri sauce (with mint) for steak.

Im sure I mentioned on that thread I caved in after a day I haven't had the heart to look on there today especially reading those with the big balls who can do it cold turkey. Next time I re-open that can of worms I will have stopped for a year through a car accident or something

    That's exceedingly good value. 1.3kg for 324thb.

Still, it ain't no hotdogs with ketchup.

Though most Thais don't like lamb.

    "Mhennnnnnnnnnnnnnn."

Quite rich coming from those that eat Pla Raa and fermented squid for breakfast I always thought.
