I must say. You do have rather feminine hands!

Wouldn't mind then wrapped around my burrito.

    Looks really good BTW.

I'm assuming Dickie got the idea for tacos after seeing Toppers efforts a few days back, and after seeing both efforts I'll be doing some next week too. Love this thread

Last summer I did up some tacos with my kids, chicken with home made shells from corn tortillas, soft flour ones as well.

I've not found corn tortillas lately. I much prefer them to the boxed kind. Flour tortillas just don't do it for me....great for burritos though.

The boxed ones are always broken. Macro has corn tortillas. Not bad but after you fry them they are hard and chewy. Limited available of good ingredients in Thailand. Danitas corn chips are total crap. You can break a tooth.

Not bad for homemade....but one's chips need not to be frozen processed. 7/10

Hey, you guys remember when they used to wrap fish and chips in newspaper?
gotta have fish and chips night... taco night, pizza night, sheep night...

Cooked rib-eye steak with creamy mushroom sauce...

    Hmmm.

I'd still take the New Zealand Ribeye, fried onions and mushroom sauce.

Nothing fancy here, not that it ever is. Just some roast chicken and pumpkin with steam mixed fresh veggies. Betagro whole chickens are all we buy these days, they're always really flavorsome and juicy.

    Good man.

How's the shift in diet going? Did you get down to the target weight?

My target was 75. Got to 75.9, then X-mas came.

^Hit target weight way before target date, and am never going to be above 110kg again!. Eating food like pictured above most of the time (which we like in this household anyway) helps with that, along with daily excercise. But being in weight maintenance mode instead of weight loss mode means some extra calories are ok now and then so occasional blowouts on blimp-maker food makes no difference at all.

Tacos will be this week's pig out, pics to follow .

If they're anchovies I hereby rescind the green repo and comment

Thought I'd have a bit of beef for a change so I popped into the local market.

Pics to follow. Let's hope the battery's not flat.

Following tips from TD's own health gurus (take your pick ), I went for the low fat, low carb option today.
