Food so far has been top dollar , will take me cam into dinner tonight , gorged on the meatiest spare ribs I've ever seen.

For potatoes and carrots: Pre par-boil your veggies first, get the pan hot before you put them in, a couple of ml of hot oil in the pan and 45mins at 200º

For the pumkin just add them to the same pan with 30mins to go.

You can't go wrong.

Roast Chicken again last night. The Yorkies went a bit bonkers but still tasted bloody lovely.



This has got to be one of the cheapest home cooked meals you can do. I reckon it comes in at well under 40bt per head.

They've got both varieties available in the shops at the moment. Snow Peas and Snap Peas. These are snap peas, I like them because they have a bit more crunch.
