I re-acquainted myself with Tony last night, the founder of 'Tony's Pizza and Pasta'.

    It's been a long time.

    But worth the wait.

    This was a 'Tony's Bomba'.

^^Not much divides people like the debate over what a good pizza should be, but that's about as good as it gets to me. I'll bet it was tasty

Morrisons Wonky range had some great peppers and courgettes so it was a vat of rat time.

That's a pizza for sure, Mendip. One thing I've not found here or in Thailand was good Italian sausage.

Italian sausage isn't hard to make.

Whether it's good or not is another story.

Wow, I didn't realise my pizza would create so much discussion.

It said 'pizza' on the box so that's good enough for me!

Also. Tony's 'Bomba' pizza is only 155 NOK (560 Baht), which is pretty good for Norway. It was easily enough for two meals if I hadn't been such a glutton (sorry Edmond). I like to stretch my per diem out for a box of wine every now and again.

Strange thing is, I'm not even sure the meat bits were Italian sausage. The menu says 'biffkjøtt' (pronounced biffshot) which just means beef. I had extra garlic and it seems to have also had cheese, bacon, mushrooms and peppers. It also had something called 'purello' but when I search on that Google comes up with some kind of an air freshener. I'll ask Tony next time.

I got a new Samsung S22 and am not sure how to use the camera yet. It has a special setting titled "food" I selected it and a weird overlay appeared. This is how the pic of my fish and chips came out...

    Dinner-udxuefw-jpg

Going to have to look at a YT tutorial on how to take pics with me new phone.

Dont get angry but I much prefer a batter to Panko for fried fish. I thought it was chicken tenders that had been slightly overcooked.

I agree for the most part, but this particular restaurant has its own fishing vessels that catch all the fish they sell up in Alaska and locally. So the seafood is excellent and it was dinner night with my Aunt, and she picked the place.

I've had the S20 Ultra for the past two years, and I haven't seen anything in the S21/22 specs that have persuaded me to change yet. Yes, the 'Food' setting in Camera seems to give overly enriched colour density, so I never use it. Natural and artificial light will of course have significant differences in any mode. I never use flash, as the low light capability is pretty good, and I believe in the S22 is excellent. Still not enough to get me to change though.

No, definitely do not upgrade, you are good with that phone for some time.

Noted. I will play around with it some more to see if I can get it dialed in.

That may have been the problem here now that you mention it. I always turn off flash as well.

I agree with you, hold the line. Your phone is perfectly good still and if you are using it to take your food pics it is outstanding.
