^ At least the dog looks happy about it!
Love it Eddie, quick to make and quick to please! I probably would have been even lazier and just went with the Heinz franks and beans combo can.
My dog was happy with some cremated bones today as well...
^Nice, chips and beans are a great combo
^ An egg on top for perfection!
I love my daughter for many reasons but one of the main ones is that she likes fishing.
Yesterday she caught two nice pla nin while I looked on, sipped Ya Dong and gave advice. She asked why she had to fish while I got to sit under a fan and drink alcohol... I told her to wind it in a bit.
So, sweet and sour organic fish, it was. Without having to move from my seat, I organised the factotum to make this... he is also a chef.
And voila! I really can't take full credit.
Not bad at all, even if I say so myself.
Money...
Did you ask for a roller for your 9th?
Did someone mention cranberries?
Not quite sure what you would call these, had a couple of small boneless pork chops or steaks in the freezer, so pan fried with a mushroom sauce it is. Rubbed them with a mix of S&P and paprika first of all, then into a hot pan with some butter and olive oil.
A few minutes each side, then put to one side to rest.
Added some more butter to the pan, then in with the sliced shitake mushrooms.
Couple of minutes until they're cooked, then added some diced onion and thinly sliced green pepper.
Once everything had softened, added some crushed garlic, then a spoonful of flour to soak up the juices.
Added some pork stock and creme fraiche, mixed in and simmered until thickened to a sauce.
Put the meat back into the pan and covered with the sauce. Low simmer until veg prepared.
Simple garlic mashed potatoes with a raw egg added, and in honour of Mendy, some garden peas.
Pork was a success, very tender.
Difficult to get a shot of the meat, as a lot of sauce.
Nice, some chili to devil it would be good in any cream sauce. God, just realised i've probably not done devilled pork tenderloin in over 10 years was a regular favourite at one time. sliced cross grain and bashed thin with cream, garlic, chili and a splash of brandy.
Lemon pepper chicken
Limoncello Sponge
Tangtastic
Garlic mash, always a nice touch.
