well we've all been sold a pup at one time or another when bollix'd.....in fact they should be called Bengal Curry houses.
i spent a pleasant but fiery month in Madras when i was nearly 19, it formed my ideas on what a hot curry was.

You are seriously not wrong on that point. I had the misfortune of doing quite a few jobs onshore in all corners of Bangladesh and every village in the middle of absolutely nowhere had a mansion or two that wouldn't have been out of place in any affluent suburb in the West. Without exception, the family owned one or more Indian restos in the UK.
yep, they've all been bitching due to the immigration reforms which set income levels for visas, basically the muzzie cvnts can't just import slaves anymore. It was pointed out that they should train homegrown chefs and preps but of course the scum won't pay for it. God i loath them and pakis - both cousin foking inbreds.
It's been a mixed bag for me since I arrived home on Friday.
A few highlights...
I've been missing my baked beans and since I brought back a load of tins of tinned salmon from the UK I thought salmon fishcakes (rissoles?) would be a nice simple meal for my return. I discovered later that the wife had switched the salmon for tinned tuna because she wanted to save the salmon. I resisted any retort on my first night back after 3 months away!
In a second rare soiree to the kitchen (twice in 3 days!) the wife made moo palo yesterday... one of my favourites.
Eggs from our chickens, veggies from the garden.
Tonight it was pretty much back to business as normal... well let's face it I've been home for 4 days now.
Picked up a salmon steak at Makro on the way to the Monte Clair counter.
I've still got it!
Dinner at the Sheraton. The veggies were excellent, the ribeye was ok, which frankly was a disappointment.
MrsWilly had some prawns instead and they were very good.
Made something what bsnub had posted long ago and I had tried once and like it, but had forgotten about it since then.
Isn't it funny that we have foods that we like and make often and then forget about them , and than years later we remember and wonder why we stopped making it.
Kimchi Jjigae: Tasty and very easy to make . recipe at YouTube, if you like spicy food try it. you wont be disappointed.
The sooner you fall behind, the more time you have to catch up.
Observations from living and working with them.
Or did you want links that people are too scared to express that opinion for fear of being labelled a racist.
No doubt your bum chum will be along shortly to back up your baboon butt.
Pair of fuvking knob jockeys, fvvk off!
Shalom
Welcome back home, the dogs must have pissed on themselves from the excitement when they saw you. My Daughters dog Coco gets so excited when she see us, after my daughter got her own place, she pees on herself (Coco not the Daughter, the Daughter asks for money LOL)
Your eats look great. How do you make the almost salmon steaks?
Thought I'd sample a bit of surf and turf.
Mendip would be happy with the side dish.
