Ok here is a bit of compromise on my part ,,,,,, usually on the holy day I aspire to bring to the table a traditional English roast of one kind or another ie Pork / Beef/ Chicken + all the trimmings,,, however despite the table this week being laden with enuf toenail curdling chilli night after night I have conceeded to the inevitable ,, a bit of a spicy compromise ,, not a Thai curry but my version of a Chinky one.
Sorry can,t take you through the guts of it all as I was busy watching the rugby , but this is the end result before devouring took place.
Notice my egg fried rice ,,,,,,,, I cooked that lastnight put in the fridge then egged it and fried it tonight ,,, also I have fresh morning glory + chilli and secret sauce mmm no expense spared here !
A bit of this that and the other on me plate allready to gorge
