I noticed the tea spoon too but couldn't make out which airline it's been stolen from so didn't want to say anything in case it came across as being rude.

That's about 60% better than my average then. Pisses me off tbh, I can do most of the kitchen basics ok but can't make a reliably good omelette. It looks easy enough in all the YouTube vids when people who can actually cook do it though..

No sarcasm there... they may not look like traditional omelettes but the wife's Thai vegetable omelettes are delish.

And it was just a normal teaspoon, probably from a cafe or something. I'm trying not to use my airline spoons.

Easy way to do an omelette is to make it on low heat, chuck all the extras like cheese, ham, onion, mushrooms etc on top then fold it in half, calzone style.

Two biscuits, whatever type there is in the tin, and a cup of coffee. Never been into breakfast in a big way and avoid paying for it as part of a hotel booking.

^It is indeed but I can't help pointing out you've "done a chitty" on the boiled eggs. If that's how you like them that's fair enough, but I really hate the chalky texture egg yolks cooked that way take on

Unless I’m dipping soldiers into eggs, I prefer boiled eggs to be well down.

Fair enough, I like them just set but each to their own. Anyway, your pic made me crave a cream cheese, tomatoe, and boiled egg on toast brekkie on this stormy Jomtien morning.

I like them slightly runny in a Caesar salad.

runny in a poached or fried egg.

but hard in a boiled egg.

Looks simple and delicious. I'd mash the eggs a little with a fork and get another slice of loaf with another good clarting of cream cheese on the top.
