A tasty Sunday breakfast. A whole wheat biscuit and an omelet with ham, mushrooms, tomato, onion, garlic, herbs (parsley, sweet basil and thyme) and cheese.

Small fry up before work.

Very nice.


Had a decent meal for the first time in 6 days due to ruddy flu, this put me on the right track...

That'll be tinned tomato, the combination of that with bacon or sausages is magnifico + strong tea.

I had things to this this morning so I'll call this mixup brunch.
Pepperridge Farm Pumpernickel Rye stuffed with Patrick Cudahy maple cured ham and Wisconsin swiss dribbled with Koops stone ground Honey Dijon.

This with a side of Salsa Con Queso cheese dip, Merzzetta
Gourmet Deli Sweet and Hot Jalapeno Pepper rings to be scooped up with my favorite, Mission Tortilla Rounds.

To drink a cranberry grape mix and a hot cup of Bolaven Plateu tea with some locally sourced honey added.

Not bad for a ten minute fix.

All that on miss matched flatware and (what Im most proud of) the spoon I got twenty years ago at the Good Will store.

Been tour guide for the last month. I had 1 friend over and my daughter had 5. Cooked lots of breakfasts. Now I have used all the breakfast leftovers..

Start with human sized portions.

You don't wanna do too much too soon.

Like last year's South Whale Beach diet.

Coconut Oil, that stuff there is bollix - super food Dill's arse - its just liquid fat for fat fuks.
