That's great. Perfect eggs every time.
The only thing critical I'd say is what's with "shell poached"??? Boiled eggs, much less pretentious.

Late breakie / Brunch. So, my darlings, for your degustation, we have a couple of lincolnshire sausages, 2 nice fresh eggs (look at the shape!), 2 pieces of local smoked back bacon, slowly grilled to perfection, and some razor thin strips of smoked streaky bacon flash grilled for a crispy finish. What about the toast I hear you ask? Well, i used to go for granary, but this has been superseeded by this little number.

superseeded - superseded 5555555555555 get it?

    Linda McCartney's soy-sausages aren't far behind

Optional wasp looking thing at Tara B&B Cafe, Kanchanaburi.

Still drank the coffee after releasing it back into the wild

This was decent. The garlic pork was just right. Strange how some places - even high end, can get a basic dish so wrong

Mid morning breakfast, our last in Kanchanaburi
The pork at this place is nicely cooked and soft, so it was panang and a tom yum. Isaan sausages not yet laser whitened.

    WOW ... seriously WOW

If, if I ate that, it would be my 3 meals for the day!

I have a few beers/wines in the course of the day and get some energy from that but that is a man's meal.

This morning I had a cup of tea, 2 coffees (not a lot of sugar), toast with peanut butter/paste/spread and an egg,
over about a 4 hour period ... I'm and early riser
Someone is sitting in the shade today because someone planted a tree a long time ago ...

^^A and ^. Does look like a solid breakfast. Way out of my dietary limits though. Breakfast was two slices of wholemeal toast with honey (no butter) and a cup of black coffee.

Proper western sausages! Oh fucking yes. It's years since I've had the best breakfast in the world and that looks the business. The one with the American sausages looks sound as well.

Toslti they're Pork sausages from Yorkies on Soi Chaiyapruek. I think you can get them in frozen form at Friendship and a few other local supermarkets, but I always go to their shop and buy them fresh.

I don't eat a lot of heart-attack on a plate food these days but when I do, it had better be good. And those bangers taste as good as they look, trust me. Not exxy either, about 200 Baht per half dozen.

Everything is on one main street.

Mangosteen arguably do the most consistent good tasting food. We went a few times and it was decent every time. And prices aren't through the roof.
But... I'd definitely say the farang breakfasts aren't a strong point.

Tara B&B restaurant do good Thai stuff that is best value for price. Again, consistently good every time, apart from the farang breakfats.

See the photo thread for a few other ideas.
