Personally I love red beans and rice (in various forms), would love to try that.

Tasteless cheese. All the fat and none of the flavour. It's a thing over here.

Queso campesino (farmer's cheese) to give it its full Spanish name. The blurb describes its flavour as mild, which is being extremely generous.

I almost always add salsa picante to liven it up.

^Perfect scrambled eggs that are still a little wet, or more to the point not dry! One of the dozen or so things everyone should know how to cook well before they leave home! That'll be my breakfast too with some bacon on the side shortly.

One of my favourites, the humble BLT this morning, albeit Chinese cabbage instead of lettuce.

    Bread spread with mayo.

^I reckon they should nearly be called a BLTM because the mayo is so important. Looks great!

1 bad pic mid-cook of breakfast this morning, a request from the other half and something we make quite often. Sauteed onions tomato and garlic with whisked eggs poured on top, then grated cheddar. A few drops of hot sauce when serving, and that's breakfast done.
