    A Nice Cheeseburger Meal

The kids and I were up for a cheeseburger meal. So here we go. Cheeseburgers with an onion, garlic and tomato relish.

The fixings, 4 burgers from 420 grams of ground beef, Buns from Foodland, I like them because you can slice them as you like. They warm up
really well in the oven also.

Now we have the relish finished.

Big burger carve out the bun a bit.

Now the cheeseburgers should be done.

Put the relish on and serve with the dressings of your choice. On a warm bun I would advise.

^Lots of good cheeseburgers in Chicago - too bad you need a dog sled to get to them! Don't freeze!

garlic power, and cajun seasoning is all. Nice cut of fatty beef you dont need eggs, breadcrumbs or binders at all. Just a nice juicy burger, with the taste from the relish. Which also had a seasoning,
oregano, and cracked black pepper. You have to understand a burger is a pie, a kebab, or a curry all one. Satisfies a need.

Had them mate, nice crispy thick cut ones. But they were frying when the burgers came out, little thought was given to the photograph.

We could also invite Larvid who can cook the beer and SEA Traveller who could do the Cajun Crabs.

What a night that would be.

FP you just slice the onions thin, as much garlic as you like, then the tomatoes are diced. Fry it in olive oil and add salt pepper and oregano to taste. Not sure relish is the right name, but its what it is.
