    Bacon sandwiches with cheese.
Dog had rice, pedigree chum mix with some beefy soup stuff added. He didn't eat it as he's been eating bones all day.

I love chicken-fried steak. Something so perverse about deep-frying beef. It's delicious. Always have to get it when I'm home for a visit.

Roast chicken tonight with a tomato and spring onion salad. Possibly some macaroni cheese on the side if I can be bothered.
Dogs getting nothing cos I found out he's been getting snacks all day for the last 2 days.

Not as nice as Timbas cuisine but made with love and by my wife.

Roast chicken breast in a luvly chicken gravy, brussel sprouts and mixed vegies with perfectly cooked chips. Fresh orange juice and to top it off.

After a real hard day, back and forwards from Bangkok a nice treat to come home to.

The kids asked if I would make them one of my specialities (salmon rissoles) tonight and I finally got off my arse to do it.

I am also in the good books with the missus also as she also enjoys them and had the night off and out of the kitchen.

Absolutely delicious and easy to prepare and cook.

Spaghetti with a Thai sort of fishy curry sauce which was very nice. The dog wouldn't touch it, fussy bugger.

^ Where are you in Thailand? Frozen or fresh?

3 cheese pizza (parmesan, mozzarella & goats') on a funny corn grain base. Nice but too big, so Dizzy, Star & Jack (the only 3 dogs allowed into my 'office' while I'm in here) shared it with me. They liked it.

    Either is fine.

I happened upon some from Big Joe's in Koh Samui back in 2003. Since then I haven't had a sniff.

However, Blighty beckons in December, Mater's Crimbo dinner - can't wait

^ Ok. Hope you're feeling alright. No rush on the recipe as I'm prepping Thanksgiving dinner.

Sorry, can't help you then. We can always get frozen down here & in the next month or so, we should be able to get fresh, as well (always can for Thanksgiving & Christmas period), but Hua Hin is quite a bit south of you. Sorry.

Not impressed with their meat pies, Jettie. We just got a Villa & they stock them. Up till now we've just had the HH based Hua Hin Ham Bacon & Meat Co ones and The Cottage Kitchen ones (HH based as well). Not only are the ones from the two HH companies cheaper, they're much better tasting as well. Big Joes have too much pastry, not enough filling, IMO.

^ Oh, expanded did he? Likely mucked it up. The little local shop did fair pies, albeit pricey.

That's probably where the problem lies. Expanding & losing control of the quality/recipes.
