Pork, sliced fine and stir fried with shallots, tomatoes and some green stuff. Some noodles on the side. Very nice, but might not settle well as twas a tad spicy.

Baked chicken in orange/soya sauce/honey sauce. Baked spuds with butter, sour cream, garden chives. Washington State sweet corn on the cob slathered with butter and salt. Fat chunks of garlic toast. White wine. Strawberry Twizzlers for dessert. (Mebbe we need a polite belch smiley)

Chicken Picatta, Tri color pasta with Klamata Olives and a mushroom medley sauteed in virgin olive oil with garlic, mixed greens with cherry tomatoes and balsamic vingarette. For desert; Vanilla Ice cream with warmed rasberry/strawberry compote.

Just thinking of it make me hungry all over again.

Tonight will be home made spag bol (or my version of it). Onions, garlic, peppers, beef mince, olive oil, mushrooms, tomatoes, tom puree & herbs & seasoning. I made a big batch a couple of hours ago. The rest will be frozen in individual portions.

Is that it? OK fry pieces of bacon till crisp, boil the pasta. Warm a little of the mushroom soup & chuck in the bacon. Toss drained pasta in the sauce.

Now where did you say you had garlic, chilli, tomatoes or basil? I'd never have suggested sodding mushroom soup sauce if you'd said any of those.

I know I am ...... no, he'll be good. Really looking forward to picking him up. We're making a bit of a party of it. 4 of us going down in my truck to morrow. One person gets into CR tomorrow am. Stay the night, buy lots of doggy stuff, and grab him off the plane at 14.45.

He'll spend the following 3 hours being smothered in the back of the ute, 'till we get him home.

    Should be ok.

Shocking....... No, he's alright. A bit confused I think. He's out walking with Joy now, getting totaly fussed over. Ate well this evening. Not drinking much but I'll keep an eye on it. He'll be sleeping inside tonight so we'll see how that goes.

Does he speak bloody English, or what?
