    Visiting the states soon and will be eating stone crabs when I get back.

    From a meal years ago……..




    The only recipe I will be using is for the Hash Browns.

    When I was younger, I would visit a restaurant in Miami that served stone crabs and hash browns. They added so much more to their menu over the years.

    It’ll be nice to get back to the states where you are able to purchase a large variety of seafood.

    Another meal I looking forward to making when I get back………

    A guest was fishing for the girlfriend..........




    She was teasing whatshername because she knows the girlfriend will not eat old fish. That largemouth bass was every bit of 3 pounds and tossed back in.

    The guest brought her 2 largemouth bass.........




    which I cleaned and whatshername made breakfast, lunch and dinners meals with.

    Whatshername had some friends visiting and she took them to the Del Mar along the wharf in DC, for dinner.

    Teasing me, she showed me what she had ordered. She knows I enjoy it.
