Not the old slip-a-rooney on the bts steps:)
Hand cut by me, so ya. :)
Yes they are. Cut, then soaked to cut the starch, tossed in a bowl with EVOO, salt and pepper then baked on a cookie sheet. They are very tasty.
Kerrygold Dubliner.
Considering the food you post, I will take that as a compliment.
Be interesting to see some of the food you create.

Todays burger.....
The Smash Burger from Burgrills in Bacolod. The burgers were seared nicely with the caramelized onions, cheese and bacon adding a nice harmony to the burger. The only discordant note was the fooking super sweet BBQ/ketchup "special sauce" on the burger.

^ when crudités and salad just don't cut the mustard
Might not have been the perfect burger but it was the first burger I purchased
Royal Castle
They were about 15 cents each and we would get 3 to 4 of them each visit. The burgers were so small one could fit in the palm of your hand.
White Castle copy? Seems to be Florida's version.
^It was (from the link)………
Ohio transplant William Singer founded Royal Castle in 1938. The original location at 7957 NE 2nd Avenue in Miami was razed long ago.
Singer’s inspiration was the White Castle hamburger chain which was all over Ohio and had been founded more than 25 years earlier in Wichita, Kansas.
By the time that White Castle had migrated to South Florida in 1959, Royal Castle had a stranglehold on all of the mini-burger-loving folks of Miami.
LOL White castle belly bombers.
after a knight out clubbing when we were younger in New York City we will all drift into White castle on Northern Boulevard in Bayside Queens ,at 3 am and watch the weirdos . there was always someone there on god knows what acting up.
The Florida version I knew was Krystal's .... I worked the graveyard shift for a few years in Jacksonville, Fla and the only thing open was the drive thru at Krystal's. Ah...the memorable indigestion!
