No it was nice and moist. Smoked at 225 F for about 4 1/2 hours.

Tasty it was chitty. The wife said we had to have something green so I picked peas over sprouts.

^ Yeah me too, but we had salad last night.

I did that beer can chicken last year on the grill...which I thought was pretty damn good. This one beat that.

I hate sprouts. The other option was broccoli. I chose the lesser of three evils.

edit: just looked out the window and the smoke is still rolling. wish I had something to cold smoke.

Not a fan...and also not a fan of cooked broccoli, even with cheese. I'd rather eat it raw and dipped in a bit of ranch dressing. Same with cauliflower.

How about lightly steamed asparagus for an alternative?

Nope...had my share of that from grandma's garden when young. I will eat broccoli in a stir fry though. Not much of a veggie man in general.

^ At least he's not so fucking dumb that he buys three huge tins of...peeled potatoes.

Because potatoes are just sooo complicated to cook otherwise.

You can buy tins of peeled potatoes? That must be a lazy Brit thing closely related to the fact that you lot use American beans to defile most of your dishes.

...Is that a sour-cream tsunami over the baked potato? If so, where are the non-fattening chives?
