^You got half a Key, sorry half a Kilogram (happy now Nev?) of the Salmon trim from Siambury's too?. Hope you did, it's bloody lovely and goes perfectly with any cheese. Or on scrambled eggs
^ yep....I was going to open it up tonight but we're out of ziplock bags and don't really have anything to else to put it in.
"out of ziplock bags"
Story of my life. Always when you need one ASAP. No one bothers to say oh btw I used the last bag.
What, no Tupperware.
If it's a creamy blue cheese, you could make pear and blue cheese ravioli...very tasty. Can't be bothered making ravioli, then try tagliatelle with blue cheese and pear sauce.
Get some Triscuit at Villa. Cheese and crackers.
Blue cheese as sauce. Crispy fried bacon. And a green veg of some description. Mixed into pasta.
Nobody will know you're making the best of leftovers.

^ Good point. I was wondering about that too when I wrote the post but it is a great combination.
^ Maybe now I'll be able to hit the Tupperware party circuit again...

Blue cheese goes very well with avocados and wasabi you can try that. I don't have a picture but I made that it was very yummy.
I'm definitely going to do a blue cheese and mushroom burger and that steak looks yummy too, thanks.
Took a while getting back Topper...So what does it taste like just biting into it and scoffing it, until you've only got enough for a burger left? you greedy bastard
Is this what you had? And is that emborg label legit?
Monday I had it on cheese and crackers with some smoked tuna along with some cool, refreshing barley based beverages.
I give the cheese 8/10 and the salmon 7/10 as it seemed to be mostly trimmings. I can't wait to melt some over some dead cow.
It looks the same as above, but was packaged in a Siambury package. No original brand name was visible.
Tonight will be a nice healthy salad with the dressing I made. Nothing healthy than blue cheese dressing!

^The salmon trim is, as the name suggests, trimmings. You're not going to get whole sides of smoked salmon @ 200 Baht per half kilo . I really like it, so many things you can do with it but draped over scrambled eggs or on crackers with cheese are two faves. A tip for Siambury's shoppers is get a few bags of Buffalo wings while you're there, back right freezer and something ridiculous like 80 Baht per dozen. Tried 1 bag last weekend, went back and stocked up before word gets out
^I'll whack a bag of them in the oven sometime this weekend and post a pic, they're quite spicy and fantastic finger food while watching sports . Was making my own using McCormicks Buffalo Wing Seasoning til now, these are way better.
